Introduction

Welcome to an exciting manufacturing company in Upplands Väsby, where most of the production takes place in-house and where a large part of the business is conducted through exports.
We are now looking for a technically skilled Team Leader for our CNC machine park, to lead and develop production towards a more automated future.

About the position

Revent International AB is a company that develops, manufactures, and sells equipment for bakeries worldwide. In 1958, Revent invented the stick oven, and has since been a market leader and well-known in the industry for its innovation. We also develop proofing cabinets and vacuum coolers.
Revent's headquarters is located in Upplands-Väsby and has about 100 employees.

Here you will find the entire staff function including marketing, development, design, service, purchasing, and also the main factory. In addition, there are subsidiaries in the USA, Czech Republic, and Mexico.
Sales are mainly handled through local distributors in each country. Today, we have distributors in about 50 countries around the world. In 2014, Revent launched its next major innovation, the round baking oven, which will be Revent's future.

Responsibilities

As a team leader, you have overall responsibility for all CNC production and the associated work tasks. You lead, organize, and motivate the team to ensure that work is completed on time, with high quality and safely. You ensure that guidelines, rules, and routines are followed while collaborating with your immediate supervisor to further develop these processes. The role also includes responsibility for personnel matters such as leave, overtime, and disciplinary actions. You conduct development talks, manage salary reviews, and ensure the team's competence development.

Common tasks include:

• Ensuring that the automated line for punching, panel bending, and edge pressing operates efficiently and safely.

• Continuously working on production technical improvements to increase safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Defining and documenting work methods and, if necessary, developing detailed work instructions.

Additionally, you will continuously lead improvement projects to optimize operations and drive production development forward.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with a solid background in automated sheet metal processing, with strong technical skills in programming. You have experience working with ERP/MPS systems in a production environment and are comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, fluent in both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge in electrical and mechanical fields, as well as experience in hydraulics. If you have also worked with automation and robotic welding, we see it as a significant plus. Experience working with LEAN and driving improvement projects is also valuable for the role.

Personality-wise, we are looking for a leadership profile who enjoys taking responsibility and has the ability to create security within the team. You have good communication skills and are adept at engaging and collaborating with people. Additionally, you have a genuine interest in technology and are motivated by continuous development and process improvement.
